1 Where is my data stored?
Trips, notes, and attraction favorites are stored locally on the device. The app does not require an account before use.

Yes. The Profile tab lets users set a 4-digit Trip PIN. When enabled, Trips is locked until the correct PIN is entered.
Yes. The Profile tab exports a CSV backup of trip records through the standard iOS share sheet, so users can save or send the file wherever they prefer.
Vivatravel only requests photo access when the user uploads or updates an attraction image from the detail screen. The picker is used to let the user choose an image from the library.
Open Profile and use Clear Data. That removes trips, notes, attraction changes, and the local PIN from the device.
Some sections start with defaults, and others depend on user action. Add trips in Trips, favorite spots in Attractions, or create notes in Travel Notes to populate the screen.
